Dessert trailer fundraiser donations are calculated using qualifying net sales only.
Tips and gratuities provided to staff are excluded from donation calculations.
Taxes, discounts, refunds, and third-party fees are excluded from donation totals.
Final donation amounts are based on completed paid transactions only.
Donations are issued within 14–30 days after the event.
To qualify for fundraiser donations, participating organizations are expected to actively promote the event to help drive attendance and sales.
Promotion efforts should include:
social media posts,
email communication to supporters,
school or community announcements,
and appropriate event signage where permitted.
Organizations that do not actively promote the fundraiser may become ineligible for future fundraiser opportunities.
Crumbl may provide:
approved graphics,
logos,
QR codes,
flyers,
or promotional materials to assist with marketing efforts.
Weather Policy
Outdoor dessert trailer events may be canceled, delayed, or rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe operating conditions.
Crumbl reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions are safe for staff, equipment, and guests.
Whenever possible, weather-related decisions will be communicated to the organization at least 24 hours prior to the event.
If severe weather occurs during an active event, Crumbl may suspend or close operations early for safety reasons.
Crumbl is not responsible for reduced attendance or sales caused by weather conditions.
Organizations are encouraged to have an alternate indoor or covered location when available.
If scheduling and availability allow, canceled events may be rescheduled at the discretion of Crumbl.
Fundraiser deposits, prepaid catering orders, and custom orders may be non-refundable once production preparation has begun.
Organizations requesting cancellation should provide at least 72 hours notice whenever possible.
Refund eligibility for prepaid orders will be determined based on product preparation status and incurred costs.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed fundraiser events.
Crumbl reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to:
severe weather,
equipment failure,
staffing shortages,
safety concerns,
or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
If scheduling and availability allow, canceled events may be rescheduled at the discretion of Crumbl.
In the event Crumbl cancels prior to production or setup, prepaid amounts may be refunded or credited toward a future event at management discretion.
